How to Get Questions Answered

Once you enter the program you may find there are questions you would like answered. For instance, "How do I obtain extra money?" or "How do I stop an existing payment?" Any questions you may have should be dealt with as follows:

• If you have any questions with respect to the program, you should speak with your Primary Contact Person.
• If you do not feel satisfied that your questions have been answered, or your Primary Contact Person is not able to answer them, you should speak with the Program Contact.
