Just a little bit more interest
In other folks’ welfare;
Just a little time spent showing them
That really you do care.
Just a little bit more kindness shown
To those you meet each day
And a little greater effort spent
To help them on their way.
Just a little more determined be
To do help the best you can
And to help some other fellow, thus
To prove a friend to man.
Just a little bit more sunshine sent
Along life’s weary road;
Just a little bit more readiness
To ease another’s load.
Just to work a little harder still
For other people’s good
And to show a bit more friendship;
This, my friend, is Brotherhood.
