Supports required from PDD are determined through

each individual’s circumstances help in driving the
service process.
Funding from PDD can be used by individuals to purchase
their own supports or an individual can obtain supports
and services from approved service provider.
PDD funded supports can add to the support provided
by families and others.
PDD also support individuals by providing funding for
projects and initiatives that can help communities
enhance connections, opportunities for participation,
awareness, and understanding for all citizens.
