Business Plan Projects

Each year, the PDD Central Region Community Board develops a Three Year Business Plan that outlines key priorities, goals, strategies, and performance measures.

To support the achievement of the goals of the plan, the Board sets out a number of specific initiatives and projects.

Implementation of the Six Priorities for the PDD program
- Supports Intensity Scale (SIS)
- Increased Flexibility for Families
- Improved Supports for individuals with Complex Service Needs
Implementation of the ‘In Person' Pilot to better coordinate the transition and intake of individuals turning 18. (SBAR)
Implementation of a Strategy to improve community engagement
